Breast Cancer Research Foundation: This year we raised another $300 in support of the BCRF. Thank you to all that participated and donated to this foundation, we feel so passionately about it!
Wounded Warriors: This year we sponsored the foundation with $100.00 donation.
Lindenhurst Fire Department Golf Outing: We proudly supported our local fire department by sponsoring 2 holes in the golf outing this year.

St.Baldricks Foundation @Lily Flanagans's in Babylon:
This year, Marina and Nanette of The Salon by the Bay were part of the Super Hero Squad at the Lily Flanagan's St. Baldrick's Event. Marina and Nanette were there equip with their buzzers and shaved countless heads as money was raised for this incredible foundation. We were honored to be a part of this important day. We cant wait to go back next year!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
2016
This year The Salon by the Bay supported and celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Throughout the month of October we sold pink hair extensions and "pink" gear. We donated half of the proceeds to the BCRF. We raised over $300.00 and were featured on News 12 Long Island! We were overwhelmed with the love and support on the night of our event.
We would like the especially thank Facets of Beauty, It Came from the Radio, Victoria Volpe, Kate Fox for hosting, the incredible survivors that shared their stories, and those who came out to support.
Its because of you that our BCA event was so successful. The Salon by the Bay is thankful for YOU!
